“La ragazza alla reception è stata stupenda. La struttura è pulita ed accogliente. Quindi la consiglio. Non sono contenta della poca disponibilità e non conoscenza del problema della celiachia del ragazzo del buffet, il quale mi ha liquidato dicendo che fosse una sua scelta la non presenza del pane senza glutine e facendo un elenco di prodotti assenti come il latte di soia. Come se la celiachia fosse una scelta. Peccato.”

“The listing was misleading. It appeared to be a hotel, but when we arrived, we found out it was actually a motel. The reservation was non-refundable, and since it was very late, we had no choice but to stay. It was even more surprising because it had a “Wonderful” rating, and the price was similar to nearby 4-star hotels. Although they have made some renovations, it is still a motel. “The kitchenette did not have any cookware, dishes or utensils. The ice machines were broken, so we had to get ice at the bar. I paid up front through Expedia. At check-in, the guy told me they would take $100 for incidentals. Afterward, we asked for a late check out. The lady attendant on that day made me a big deal out of it. I had to go down to the desk and settle the $30 late check out fee.”
